We will sell body armor to civilians, Law Enforcement Officers, and Military Personnel in the United States who meet the following criteria:
1. Are 18 years of age or older
2. Are not a felon;
3. Are legally allowed to possess and use the item(s) in your state (If you are a New York or Conneticut resident, you must be active Law Enforcement or Military Personnel and provide necessary credentials);
4. Are purchasing this product for only lawful purposes;
5. Are purchasing this product on your own behalf;
6. Comply with all other Terms & Conditions.

Body armor packages vary in weight and all orders are shipped through the USPS or UPS Ground Shipping with order tracking information available. Shipping information will be provided by email as soon as the order leaves our facility. Actual transit time of shipping varies based on location, but orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped.

All products are eligible for an easy return or exchange as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of receipt, and the product(s) is in new, unused condition. There is no re-stocking fee for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with returning the product.

For the sake of clarifying terms, "Lead Time" or "Production" phase is the time it takes for PBA to manufacture a product at our USA manufacturing facility and then get the product to our shipping/fulfillment department. This is NOT necessarily the amount of time it will take for the customer to receive the product.

With this in mind, we keep our backpack inserts, laptop cases, Discreet Executive Vest, Hybrid Tactical Vest, Core Mission Plate Carrier, and many more products in stock to cut down on the amount of time the customer has to wait to get the protective products they need. At times, a single color or size may be out of stock for a short period, typically less than a week, but the overwhelming majority is always in stock. 

We do not stock products that are more specialized or have significantly less demand and instead maintain a production time that is industry-leading and clearly stated on the product page. If an order is expected to take longer than the lead time listed on our website, we will provide an updated estimate of when you may expect your order.

At this time we only ship within the United States and parts of Canada. 

For Canadian purchases the buyer is responsible for all import fees associated with the shipment.

We can not ship to AB, BC, MB & NS due to restrictions.

Please see our Bulletproof Backpack Panels & Inserts page on our site and browse. If your bag brand and model is listed then we make a panel specifically for it! If it isn't DON'T WORRY. We most likely have a panel that will fit your bag very well.

If we do not currently make a specific panel for the bag you own, odds are good that one of the many shapes and sizes we do have will fit your bag very well. To find the best fit simply measure the spot in your bag that you would like to place a panel in and send us an email with those measurements! Panel, plate, and insert all refer to the same thing: an armor plate or panel that is inserted into a bag, pack, or carrier. They're synonyms. 

Shooter’s cut is designed for an active shooter because it allows the wearer to shoulder their rifle with improved comfort and positioning without vital coverage loss. The SAPI/ESAPI cut is the more traditional body armor shape, often found in military armor systems. For comparison with a 8″x10″ plate, the area of the Shooter’s cut is about 2.22″ x 4.45″ and the area of the SAPI/ESAPI cut is 1.81″ x 2.61.”

Our raw soft armor materials are sourced from trusted US manufacturers such as Dupont, and our panels are manufactured under our careful watch at our ISO 9000 Certified facility.

STRATIS Plates have an 8-year warranty. Soft body armor panels have a 5-year warranty, and each carrier has a 2-year warranty.
