5'10 and 165lb athletic build - size 38 sport coat, normally a small or medium t shirt. I ordered an XS and it fits perfectly snug as I would want it. Not as concealable as I thought it's be and does print pretty clearly if you don't wear a massively oversized dark shirt, or a jacket on top. Shirt and armor itself is pretty comfortable to wear, feels like a heavy nylon workout shirt and the seams don't seem to be scratchy or bothersome. Plates are a bit stiff right out of the box but I'd assume it'll break in over time. But over all happy with the purchase and would recommend if looking for something every day

I bought this backpack insert five years ago for my daughter, and it just resurfaced after she graduated in 2025—still going strong. It was used every single day in a bag that, honestly, was a total mess inside.
Despite being covered in makeup, glitter, god knows what else, and books being shoved in there, the insert held up incredibly well. I wiped it down with baby wipes, and it cleaned up perfectly—it looks brand new.
The durability and quality really impressed me. This product gave me peace of mind through the years, and it absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased one each for me and my girlfriend, as I’ve purchased body armor for us both, previously from Premier. We are HUGE fans of Premier.

The ballistic helmets are very well made. The included padding is not only anti microbial, but very comfortable to boot.

There are 2 adjustment points on each side, a comfortable chin strap and a fine adjustment point in the rear.

Absolutely no fraying and the attention to detail is second to none.

I appreciate Premiers’ quality products and continue to recommend their products. I WILL be back for another purchase at some point, since I’m we both are now covered with regard to vitals and head.

After wearing a ballistic vest on duty everyday during my 26 years in law enforcement I thought when I retired I was done. Then I joined our church Safety Team as an armed member and have felt Very Vulnerable with church violence up nearly 800%. I've been looking for a T-shirt style vest to fit my small frame that looked comfortable and wouldn't break my retirement bank. I found it with the Premier Armory T-Shirt 360 Core. It is so comfortable, unlike my previous vests, that I barely realize I'm wearing it. The shirt itself is no thicker than a thin compression shirt. I'm 5'2, 115 and ordered the XS. It fits perfectly. On our team I'm one of the leads, small maybe but I'll be leading from the front. Now I know I can at least I'm less vulnerable should the worst day happen. purchased this ballistic body armor insert to wear inside a concealed T-shirt carrier, and I’ve been very impressed with the overall quality and comfort. The insert feels solid and well-constructed, giving me confidence that it will perform as intended while still being lightweight enough for daily wear.

If you’re looking for something that fits your budget and protect you the everyday armor T-shirt 360 is the way to go

We really need to think in terms of active vs. passive protection. In a real bullets-flying situation, PASSIVE protection means you can actually move, react, and cover your vitals quickly AND DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THE FLYING BULLETS.

I bought the 10x15 Special Threat Rifle-Rated Backpack Insert on Amazon and slid it into a plain, cheap Amazon backpack everyone owns. No one looks twice. I carry it like I’m just heading out for lunch—light, normal, zero attention drawn. Yet inside is legit rifle-grade protection.

I was braced for it to be super heavy… but it’s honestly light. Way lighter than I expected for something rated against rifle threats. That alone was a huge relief. Just a weight of a light notebook.

It fits the laptop sleeve perfectly—zero bulging, zero weird shape. From the outside it’s 100% a regular everyday bag.

I have a 38" chest and I generally wear a medium. I sized down to an S as recommended by the listing. However, when I received it and tried it on, although it instantly felt comfortable, it seemed like it was not compressing or form fitting as I thought it would be. I reached out to Premier Body Armor and Joseph really helped me determine that based on the pictures and measurements, I need to wear an XS. I returned the S and received back an XS which seems to fit much better for my 38" chest build (I have an athletic fit type body, and 5'6", 145lbs if that helps anyone). If you have a slim figure like me, the side panels need time to curve and form around your body, otherwise they will poke out your front and back armor at the bottom as you can see in the photos. I'm giving this a 5 star review mainly because the fit is quite comfortable, even being an XS and their customer service which Joseph and I communicated back and forth and his responses were always immediate and had valuable feedback. Customer service is important these days and it seems to be going away unfortunately with other companies, but Premier is top notch when it comes to customer service!

Great product. Quality build. Ranks up there with all the top tier brands on the market. You won’t be disappointed. Also… I was planning on swapping out the shroud thinking it would be cheap… it’s rock solid with zero wobble between a G24. I’ve used more expensive mounts with more play than the one that came stock with this. Very pleased.

Looking for something with max protection without breaking the bank? This is the one for you. As weight is concerned it is a perfect balance to help you in your gear. With level 4 protection and multi curve to help for comfort this plate is second to none. My only problem with it is that I don’t have three more sets for my other vests. I’m military and law enforcement and would recommend to anyone. I currently have it in my agilite plate carrier and couldn’t be more happy.

The plate fits perfectly into my Siege sling. It is very light and thin. You do notice a little added weight, but it’s next to nothing compared to the protection it gives you. What I like about this size is that it can cover your center of mass if worn in front or your spine if slung to the back, which you can transition in a second. If you’re even considering a ccw, buy this first.

I love it! It conceals my weapon well, its very sturdy, the quick-access pull tab is very efficient, its comfortable and snug to wear, very adjustable, very high quality.

I mainly wear it when I’m out running for a little extra protection, it adjust easily so its not all over the place while I’m running, and the peace of mind that I have everything on me despite being in just shorts and a t-shirt is insanely valuable.

I am a disabled senior female who lives alone. I shot guns in my younger days but with my anxiety as I aged was concerned I'd freeze when it came to shooting at someone breaking in. I have your smaller can of pepper spray. But wanted something larger with a handle as I have arthritis in my hands. What worries me is my sliding glass door for a break in. My front door has a steel security screen so that is not a concern. In reading, researching and such I found this one to be the perfect fit for me and keep it right where it is needed if ever needed. I am feeling very confident that I would not hesitate to use it. I will keep my smaller can in my purse. This really does give me more peace of mind making this choice. Thank you

This is my third order I made for the tshirts concealment body armor, cause I have a black one and a white tshirt concealment body armor and I just order the panel insert today. I look forward to wearing it everyday of the week.
