      I was looking for plates lighter than AR550 with similar protection. I have had these for several weeks now and wore them several times for four to five hours each time. I immediately noticed the reduction in weight and reduced fatigue. I trained this weekend with both primary and secondary weapons while wearing these in my carrier. I found I was able to maneuver much easier and faster than with steel. I was concerned the thickness would be an issue, but that was not the case. These plates will protect against M193 though not M855, but I find the weight reduction does justify the use of them. Due to the affordability and reduced weight, I would recommend trying a set of these.

      Got it covered...

      This is my second set of these plates, and I am now covered for two separate locations without the hassle of transporting vest with other gear back and forth. They fit the vest perfectly and are a fatigue relief weight wise for those long days. Based on my needs I highly recommend Premier Body Armor.

      Lightweight quality 3+ armor

      Love these plates. Built with attention to detail and the comfort is amazing. They fit perfectly in my Haley carrier whereas other plates left enough room to create some slop affecting the comfort when loaded out. Very grateful for the military discount from premier. Will purchase more products from this MADE IN USA company for sure!
