The panel’s construction is solid and made extremely well. The attention to detail is top notch. The panel is light and thin. The fit is perfect as it is cut to perfect dimensions to properly fit the bag. It is soft and when I sit back on chair\bench with my bag on, it’s not noticeable. It also provides some rigidity and support for this bag. That makes it much more comfortable when I have heavier items in there - especially when the bag is expanded. Shipping and processing was very quick and I have no doubts Premier's customer support is as good as the products they make. The products are solid and so I bought two more backpack panels for use. Thank you for protecting us and our loved ones!

I finally did it. I purchased the Level IIIA backpack insert for my Haley Strategic Flat Pack Plus. It fits perfectly inside the pack, provides the protection I need and doesn’t even add noticeable weight! I carry this bag to work, to the mall and anywhere I go on an average day. It’s great knowing I now have that extra layer of protection, if needed! Love this company and their products!

I have owned 4 ballistic panels from Premier Body Armor and from the first pair of 10x12 panels, to my 11x14 and this 10.5×13 Haley panel I have never had
complaints whatsoever. Premier soft panels are ultra thin due to their kevlar construction, flex with body movement very "fluidly" and are comfortable enough to forget they are even there.
There are multiple options when it comes to level IIIa soft panel protection, and Premier's kevlar panels are thinner, lighter, less restrictive and more comfortable than similarly priced IIIa UHMWPE SOFT panels, which I only tend to use for cummerbund inserts as they are thicker, much stiffer and trap body heat more.
I am a fan of UHMWPE HARD (level III/ level III+ armor for torso protection, but still prefer to place an ultra thin kevlar panel from Premier behind them, but whether it's a steel AR500 hard panel or UHMWPE hard panel, both are more comfortable to wear with a lightweight thin kevlar soft panel behind them and Premier products are slick, sturdy, and all around well made.

The panel fit perfectly in many of my bags, we tested it by actually shooting it 25+ times. It stopped every bullet in 8 different calibers. I'll be a return customer!
