Surprisingly enough it fits well for my size 6’5” 340 pounds I tried it on wore it all day never rode up never started getting itchy didn’t feel wet from sweat. I can see myself wearing it for an extended period of time whether just doing a quick run to the range or out in the summer heat hunting on the open range. Super light super comfortable well worth the pocket change it cost.
This body armor is comfortable to wear as an undershirt. It is also very concealable when wearing a shirt over it. Even a t-shirt fits nicely under it. I would recommend sizing down as it suggests for a nice, concealable fit. I bought an extra shirt/carrier so I would always have a clean one to wear. I wear this while on security for my local church gatherings.

5'10 and 165lb athletic build - size 38 sport coat, normally a small or medium t shirt. I ordered an XS and it fits perfectly snug as I would want it. Not as concealable as I thought it's be and does print pretty clearly if you don't wear a massively oversized dark shirt, or a jacket on top. Shirt and armor itself is pretty comfortable to wear, feels like a heavy nylon workout shirt and the seams don't seem to be scratchy or bothersome. Plates are a bit stiff right out of the box but I'd assume it'll break in over time. But over all happy with the purchase and would recommend if looking for something every day
After wearing a ballistic vest on duty everyday during my 26 years in law enforcement I thought when I retired I was done. Then I joined our church Safety Team as an armed member and have felt Very Vulnerable with church violence up nearly 800%. I've been looking for a T-shirt style vest to fit my small frame that looked comfortable and wouldn't break my retirement bank. I found it with the Premier Armory T-Shirt 360 Core. It is so comfortable, unlike my previous vests, that I barely realize I'm wearing it. The shirt itself is no thicker than a thin compression shirt. I'm 5'2, 115 and ordered the XS. It fits perfectly. On our team I'm one of the leads, small maybe but I'll be leading from the front. Now I know I can at least I'm less vulnerable should the worst day happen. purchased this ballistic body armor insert to wear inside a concealed T-shirt carrier, and I’ve been very impressed with the overall quality and comfort. One thing I really appreciate is how thin and discreet it is. When placed inside the T-shirt carrier, it doesn’t print or look bulky under regular clothing. I’m able to move normally, sit, drive, and go about my day without it feeling restrictive.

I am a small man, which puts concealable products to a hard test compared to larger framed men. Every other armor I have tried has printed even under heavy clothing, but I can wear this with just a regular shirt over it and it is almost unnoticeable! I highly recommend it! I wear it for church security.

The product is as advertised. Its lightweight but durable. It will cling well to me and I plan to wear it with a Polo or Button down shirt, not tucked in of course. Couldn’t be happier!! A++
The everyday armor t-shirt is a really good fit and I dont have to change the way I dress. Its so low profile I'm able to wear it under a regular button down shirt at church with no visible indication I was wearing body armor. Even church staff didnt notice I was wearing it until I opened my shirt to show them. Its very comfortable to wear. One thing I noticed is the back panel will ride up slightly when sitting in a vehicle. But its not a major issue. The panels are flexible and very thin making it very concealable. My holster is appendix carry and the front panel doesnt interfere at all with gripping or drawing my firearm. I purchased both a white and black t-shirt for more flexibility with my clothing choices. Highly recommended and very affordable protection when you cant or just dont want to wear a big chest rig with plates.
