Is body armor legal?

Body armor is legal to own in all 50 states (but we can not ship it to the state of Connecticut or New York).

What if I'm between sizes? Or on the border for the next size up?

While the vest itself fits true to size, inserting plates will can cause the vest to have a slightly tighter fit. Because of this, we recommend sizing up one (1) size if you are between or on the border of two sizes. The vest's six points of adjustability can help provide the most comfortable fit. Can I wash my vest?

The outer carrier is machine washable. Simply remove armor or trauma pads, then we recommend washing the carrier on gentle. Lay the carrier flat to dry.
