Constructed with a USA-made para-aramid ballistic core and covered in rugged 500D CORDURA®, the panel is soft, flexible, and tested to meet NIJ Level IIIA/HG2. That means handgun-rated protection that stops most common handgun rounds. As always, Level IIIA is not rifle-rated; rifle threats require hard armor.
