The Everyday Armor T-Shirt  is a bulletproof tshirt that combines breathability and convenience with concealability and comfort. It is designed to fit close to the body, making it the most concealable body armor shirt. When choosing a size, we recommend sizing down. The Everyday Armor T-Shirt is designed to be worn as a compressed undershirt, which helps to conceal the armor. Coming in at only .8 lb per panel, the whole package only weighs about 2lbs.
 

This concealable body armor shirt is designed around custom, USA sourced and made level IIIA/HG2 ballistic inserts. The 7.75" x 12.75" size of the ballistics was determined to be the optimal size to cover the Cardiac Box while maximizing concealability. This is the vital area of coverage as it is not only a common target area, but is also likely lethal if there is penetrating trauma here. Injuries outside this region are more easily treated with bleed control technologies. 

This shirt offers moisture-wicking, antimicrobial polyester which helps remove heat and moisture from the surface of the skin and has an integrated weight-bearing support system that is strong, yet soft and flexible.

The Everyday Armor T-Shirt was intentionally designed to protect the Cardiac Box, which is considered one of the most lethal trauma areas on the human body.  Blunt trauma or penetrating injuries to this area are often lethal, with research showing that over 90% of individuals with these injuries expire before arriving at the hospital.

FAQs

We recommend sizing down 1 size from your normal t-shirt size. While the shirt does fit true to size, sizing down allows for more of a compression fit which helps conceal the armor.

Absolutely! Especially for those who appendix carry, the Everyday Armor T-Shirt is a great option to wear concealable armor without getting in the way of your CCW.

The outer t-shirt is machine washable. Simply remove the ballistic panels, then we recommend washing the t-shirt on gentle. Hang the t-shirt to dry.

The armor pocket for this shirt measures at 7.75x12.75 so it is only compatible with the armor that is designed specifically for this shirt. 

Body armor is legal to own in all 50 states (but we can not ship it to the state of Connecticut or New York).

Great fit and Concealment

The everyday armor t-shirt is a really good fit and I dont have to change the way I dress. Its so low profile I'm able to wear it under a regular button down shirt at church with no visible indication I was wearing body armor. Even church staff didnt notice I was wearing it until I opened my shirt to show them. Its very comfortable to wear. One thing I noticed is the back panel will ride up slightly when sitting in a vehicle. But its not a major issue. The panels are flexible and very thin making it very concealable. My holster is appendix carry and the front panel doesnt interfere at all with gripping or drawing my firearm. I purchased both a white and black t-shirt for more flexibility with my clothing choices. Highly recommended and very affordable protection when you cant or just dont want to wear a big chest rig with plates.

Comfortable

As a team lead at a Walmart the last time I wore armor was in the ARMY and I never thought I would have to wear one again but after another "incident" I figure it be better to have it and not need. This shirt and armor is light and I can tell it's only going to be slightly uncomfortable during the summer. I am a little worried that if the time comes for it to protect me I might suffer internal bleeding.

Best I’ve found

I’m on a security team and my wife doesn’t want me to be fodder without something to protect me. I work in a school and don’t want to have the appearance that the school isn’t safe either.
When I put on a suit jacket no one knows I’m wearing armor. It is the best of both worlds.
One thing I’d advise is to get the white holders as the black has sweat out colors onto my dress shirts.
Yet all in all fantastic product.
I hope that I never have to find out how bullet proof it is. So I can’t speak to that.

Armor T-shirt with ballistic pads

I ordered an XL with pads not knowing what to expect as far as wearability. It fits me perfect. It’s lightweight and adorable. It is comfortable. I ordered an extra T-shirt in case the other one gets dirty. I’m glad I did. I can wash and wear and swap it out. It is not bulky. And it conceals very well. Glad I ordered this!
