According to the STOP THE BLEED campaign, the average bleed-out time is 2-5 minutes. While the average EMS response time is 7-10 minutes.  The compact design of the individual bleed control kit allows for up to 8 kits to be conveniently packaged together into a full active response kit. The PBA Bleed Control Kit contains clear instructions and individually wrapped contents, making it quick and simple to administer life-saving care in emergency situations. The Bleed Control Kit is designed to stop bleeding from the extremities, giving the users the much-needed time to be treated at a hospital.
