The Everyday Armor T-Shirt  is a bulletproof tshirt that combines breathability and convenience with concealability and comfort. It is designed to fit close to the body, making it the most concealable body armor shirt. When choosing a size, we recommend sizing down. The Everyday Armor T-Shirt is designed to be worn as a compressed undershirt, which helps to conceal the armor. Coming in at only .8 lb per panel, the whole package only weighs about 2lbs.

The Everyday Armor T-Shirt by Premier Body Armor provides optimal protection with its labeled features: "Easily Concealable," "Completely Covers Cardiac Box," "Removable Ballistics for Washing," "Soft and Breathable," and "Level IIIA/HG2." This black, concealable body armor seamlessly blends safety with comfort.

This concealable body armor shirt is designed around custom, USA sourced and made level IIIA/HG2 ballistic inserts. The 7.75" x 12.75" size of the ballistics was determined to be the optimal size to cover the Cardiac Box while maximizing concealability. This is the vital area of coverage as it is not only a common target area, but is also likely lethal if there is penetrating trauma here. Injuries outside this region are more easily treated with bleed control technologies. 

Its called the everyday armor tshirt for a reason. The only bulletproof vest that can be worn like a tshirt. 100% concealed.

The armored shirt includes two (2) ballistic inserts, each with a 5-year warranty. (Ballistics from the Gen 1 Everyday Armor T-Shirt are also compatible with this new shirt.)

This shirt offers moisture-wicking, antimicrobial polyester which helps remove heat and moisture from the surface of the skin and has an integrated weight-bearing support system that is strong, yet soft and flexible.

Now what’s new?

The armor pocket has been moved from top-opening to the bottom-opening. This simple change now allows the shirt to be more easily put on with the ballistics inserted.  The second and most important improvement is the addition of our new Concealment Channels. This addition to the support system pulls the armor closer to the body, and increases concealability up to 50% more!

FAQ

Is body armor legal?

Body armor is legal to own in all 50 states (but we can not ship it to the state of Connecticut or New York).

I'm in between sizes, which size should I choose?

We recommend sizing down. While the shirt does fit true to size, sizing down allows for more of a compression fit which helps conceal the armor.

Can I wash the shirt carrier?

The outer t-shirt is machine washable. Simply remove the ballistic panels, then we recommend washing the t-shirt on gentle. Hang the t-shirt to dry.

I have 10x12 inch armor inserts or rifle plates. Can I use my own ballistic inserts?

The armor pocket for this shirt measures at 7.75x12.75 so it is only compatible with the armor that is designed specifically for this shirt.

This is a great investment

I been wearing my vest everyday since I purchased it, sometimes I forget i have it on. I'm looking forward getting the black shirt in a L because I purchased a xl it fit but I need it to fit a little bit more snug, I just wonder if I purchased a L shirt will my ballistic still fit.

Extremely lightweight and comfortable for daily wear. Have even fallen asleep wearing it while watching TV after getting home from work. Most people don’t notice it even under just a t-shirt.

Excellent subtle solution for Central Texas heat!

I teach a lot of beginning shooters, I run two shooting matches a month, and I'm out at a public range practicing several times a month, so some sort of protection is a good idea.

I was very happy with the price and quick shipping on the everyday armor T-shirt. I wore it while participating in and being Match Director of last week's IDPA match. The temperatures were in the mid-90s, and the humidity was also in the 90s.

Even though I was warm, it was never too warm, and my flexibilty and movement were unhampered.

My sweetheart said she is *very* happy that I have an easy-to-wear solution so that I can always "come home to her with the same number of holes."

Everyday Armor T-Shirt (Armored): Very Comfortable and barely noticeable even for a big guy.

I am enjoying it. i got it the first day and wore it around and had my daughter take pictures of me in it and it was barely noticeable. I slept in overnight and found it easy fitting and it did not make me feel compressed even though i brought it a size smaller. It is also pretty easy to slip on and take off. I will buy another shirt so i can have change of clothing and probably some more units for the rest of my family.
