I have a 38" chest and I generally wear a medium. I sized down to an S as recommended by the listing. However, when I received it and tried it on, although it instantly felt comfortable, it seemed like it was not compressing or form fitting as I thought it would be. I reached out to Premier Body Armor and Joseph really helped me determine that based on the pictures and measurements, I need to wear an XS. I returned the S and received back an XS which seems to fit much better for my 38" chest build (I have an athletic fit type body, and 5'6", 145lbs if that helps anyone). If you have a slim figure like me, the side panels need time to curve and form around your body, otherwise they will poke out your front and back armor at the bottom as you can see in the photos. I'm giving this a 5 star review mainly because the fit is quite comfortable, even being an XS and their customer service which Joseph and I communicated back and forth and his responses were always immediate and had valuable feedback. Customer service is important these days and it seems to be going away unfortunately with other companies, but Premier is top notch when it comes to customer service!

This is my third carrier. I learned the hard way on my first that you have to size down but now I have it right. The wear is great and while you wouldn’t think it matter the white option is a huge help during heatwaves. Took a star off for the durability. 2 years with 1 of the carriers and I am seeing several frays but it is being worn several times in a week. For the application and the money I do t think I could have found a better product.

I purchased three extra shirts to go with my Everyday Armor T-Shirt 360 set. The material is stretchy and snug and holds the panels in place well. The recommendation to “size down” helps the shirt fit like a second skin. Yet it breathes well and is comfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend this product.

When I am instructing, this is a phrase I often will use when talking about why we do what we do and how we do it. Great fit if you follow the directions to downsize. I serve on my church’s medical safety team, but also CCW, so this was perfect. Comfortable, very concealed. Only those whose hugs linger a little longer might realize they are patting something other than a regular garment. Wore it to church tonight and no one had a clue including the off duty LEO whom I hugged on arrival and at the end of the evening service. It was a solid recommendation from Christianwarrior.com.
